A fun workshop to learn the basics of baking. You will learn the basics of sweet and salty dough and all you need to take home and start treating your family and friends. At the end of the workshop everyone will get all the recipes and the goodies made.

  1. Sweet Shortcrust Pastry

  2. Salt Shortcrust Pastry

  3. Fresh Fruit Pastry Cream (Crème Patisserie) Tart

  4. Herbs Cheese Quiche

  5. Chocolate Truffles
