healthy Banana oatmeal cookies

With one bowl and 10 minutes work, you will have amazing yummy cookies that are good for any occasion and perfect for road trips and camping.
Almost forgot- HEALTHY!

Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup oatmeal (can be replaced with GF oatmeal for GF version)
2 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup crushed unsalted nuts
1/4 cup cranberries

Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare a baking pan with parchment paper, and set aside.
In a large bowl mash the 2 bananas with a fork to a puree texture.
Add the oatmeal, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and cranberries and mix well.
Form with 2 teaspoons or ice cream scooper, 2 inch balls, and place in the baking pan.

Bake for15 minutes.
Let cool completely. Keep in the refrigerator, in a closed container for a week.
