healthy (really) "brownie"
This is a call for all the Bananas Lovers.
Really Healthy "Brownie" made from only bananas and cacao.
With using only 1 bowl and 5 minutes work- you can have it also :)
No sugar added and GF & Vegan.
I started to add the Healthy "Brownie" to my baking classes and workshops for kids and adults and it became a hit and a very healthy popular class.
1/2 cup unsweet cacao powder
3/4 cup mix of crushed nuts + more for sprinkle on top
Preheat the oven to 350F. Place parchement paper on 9'X6' baking pan and set aside.
In a big bowl mash the bananas well.
Add the cacao powder and mix.
Add the nuts and mix.
Pour into the baking pan, sprinkle some more nuts on the top and bake for 25 minutes.
Let it cool completely.
