Chocolate Ganache

1/2 cup chocolate, preffered at least 60% 

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

 

In a microwave safe bowl, melt together the chocolate and the heavy whipping cream in a 30 seconds pulse to a sooth, shiny mix. Set aside to cool. You can use the ganach as glazing to a cake, cover fruits, making chocolate mousse, chocolate truffles and many more.
