Ever since I remember, I have always made my own pizza dough.
I always make my dough with yeast so it takes a while and preparation ahead of time.
This Pizza dough is SO easy to make and without yeast!
It will take you 10 minutes tops to make the dough with your hands, so also no mixer needed, and you will never guess that the dough is yeast less.
Now, we are having a weekly Pizza nigh, made by our kids.
I also started to add the Pizza to my baking classes and workshops for kids and adults and it became a hit and a very popular class.

3 cups flour
1tbs baking powder
2tbs vegetable oil (olive oil, avocado oil, canola oil)
1 1/4 cups warm water
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients with your hands to a soft dough. Set aside for minimum 10 minutes.
In case the dough is too sticky, add 1tbs of flour.
In case the dough is too dry, add 1tbs of warm water.
Divide the dough in to 3 equal balls.
Dust your working surface and the rolling pin with flour and start making your own pizza shape. Put some pizza sauce and cheese on top. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes of 400F.
