 fruity Smoothie

This Smoothies is for all the sweet and healthy lovers.

I started to add this Fruity Smoothie to my baking classes and workshops for kids and adults and it became a hit and a very healthy popular class.



1/2 cup peeled mango

1/2 cup yellow pear

1/4 cup raspberries

300ml water or orange juice or apple juice

1/2 frozen ripped Banana

3 frozen Strawberries

1tbs chia seeds


I like to use frozen fruits, so the smoothie will be thick and cold. If you are using fresh fruit, you can add a few ice cubes to the blender.

I use water because I don’t want my smoothie to be too sweet. The fruits will give the smoothie plenty of flavor and sweetness.

Blend all the ingredients with the water for a smooth smoothie for 2min. Done!
