I've been making this Chocolate Cake for decates.

This cake is super easy that you will not believe, takes about 10min to make and its the perfect cake to make with the kids.

One more thing, it does not have any choolate at all!

Easy to make Chocolate Cake

4tbs Cocoa Powder

2 cups of Sugar

2tsp Vanilla Sugar (or a few drops of vanilla extract)

2 cups of Hot Water

1 cup of Canola Oil

2 cups of Self Raise Flour ( or all purpose flour + 1tsp baking powder)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2tsp of Baking Soda

3 Eggs

Pre heat the oven to 350°F. Mix all the ingredients together with a wooden spoon in a big bowl.

Put the mixture in a 16"X18" baking pan or in a muffin pan and put in the preheated oven for 40min (muffins might need less time).

You can upgrade the cake by melting 1/2 cup of chocolate with 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream together and cover the cake while its hot- Highly Recomended
