Ice cream Cake
Ingredients for the chocolate chips base:
1 cup almond flour
dash of salt
2tbs maple syrup
1/8 cup apple sauce
1/2tsp vanilla extract
1/8 cup chocolate chips
Ingredients for the ice cream filling:
soft but not melted 1/2 box of cookies and cream ice cream (or any other flavor you like)
soft but not melted 1/2 box of chocolate ice cream (or any other flavor you like)
In a large bowl with a wooden spoon mix all the chocolate chip base ingredients except from the chocolate chips, to a soft dough.
Add the chocolate chips mix well. Place in the baking pan and gently press to an even layer.
On top of the cookie layer, pour the cookie and cream ice cream and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours to stable.
After 2 hours pour the chocolate ice cream on top and place back to the freezer for at least 2-3 hours.
Decorate with pieces of chocolate or cookies and Enjoy!
