healthy chocolate chips cookies
You must try those cookies, trust me!
With one bowl and 10 minutes work, you will have amazing soft yummy cookies.
Almost forgot- HEALTHY!
Healthy Chocolate Chips Cookies
2 cups almond flour
1tsp baking powder
dash of salt
4tbs maple syrup
1/4 cup apple sauce
1tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350F and prepare baking pan with parchment paper, then set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the almond flour, salt and baking powder. Add the apple sauce, maple syrup and vanilla and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips or the crushed nuts or both and mix well. Form with your hands 2 inch balls, place in the baking pan and gently press.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Let cool completely
